Our client, a well-known company located in Huntington Park, is now hiring Computer Support Assistants! The Computer Support Assistants are an important part of the Help Desk team, which is the primary hub of technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. As a Computer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Help Desk Support Specialists. Duties include answering users' questions, training users on basic system and computer functions, addressing system and user issues, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The Help Desk team works with the entire IT team, and may interact with system and computer users across the company.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
