Responsibilities:

Installing, maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems, ventilation and equipment. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing services in warranty. Maintaining daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.

Desired Skills:

High school diploma required
Understanding of basic principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
Self-directed and able to work independently

Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
